Thank you for shopping at Incognito Wear IX. We recognize nothing is perfect and you may Need to Return or Exchange your purchase. No Problem! It’s easy.

Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully! We cannot give returns or exchanges for any washed or laundered merchandise.

Returns

Incognito Wear IX accepts returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise, provided the merchandise is in the same condition and state you received them in, unworn, and in the original packaging. Please include the order number. We will refund the cost of the item, however, shipping costs are not refundable.

Once we receive the returned merchandise and conditions for return are verified, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days to post to your credit card statement.

If your purchase was made from a tradeshow or other face to face transaction with cash or check, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or a gift card with Incognito Wear IX.

Exchanges

Return shipping is free on exchange of merchandise within the continental U.S.A. You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase. Shipments must be sent from within the continental United States of America. You can print a free UPS or USPS shipping label right here (insert link). Merchandise must be unworn, nor washed, and in the condition in which it was received.

Please make sure to include the item number, size, and color of the exchanged merchandise you desire.

Gifts

Gift purchases may be exchanged only if the merchandise has not been worn, nor washed, and is in the condition in which it was received. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be substituted instead.

Shipping your return

We recommend using UPS to ship your return or exchanges.

  1. Sign in to your account from “My Account” page.
  2. Once signed in, locate your “order history” section and click on the order # of the merchandise you wish to exchange or return.
  3. For exchange, include new style #, size, and color (if applicable).
  4. Click button for printing label immediately or to have it sent to you in the mail or email; click “continue” button.
  5. Print RETURN CONFIRMATION page & include it with the merchandise. Once your return is received at the warehouse we will refund your card and send you an email confirmation that your return is complete. Please be aware that it may take several days to post to your card statement.
  6. If you choose to print a UPS return label, tape the UPS label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS shipping center. To find the nearest UPS service center click here.
