Wore a prototype belly band made by Incognito wear IX to the NRA show in Atlanta. Bottom line up front, this is without a doubt the best belly band I’ve used.
It is made from military grade elastic that is comfortable to wear, (I wore it all day at the show and walked a couple of miles in the process). The pistol/revolver pocket supports the firearm and the magnet sewn into the material of the pocket does an excellent job of retaining the firearm in the pocket(I never felt like the pistol was leaving the pocket). The band comes with a number of pockets that provide plenty of space to carry a spare mag or two, a cell phone and a wallet or ID. I would,however, like to see the positions of the accessory pockets reversed so that when in appendix carry position, the spare mag pockets would be closer to the small of the back (but this is a prototype). If I had to find a negative in this band, this would be it. However, this is just a personal preference.
I also noticed that the band provided support to my lower back and helped reduce fatigue while standing for long periods. All that said, this is a well designed and constructed belly band and is one that I will continue to use.
