What about the weight of the gun?
This is what makes us great and stylish. Not to worry about clothes hanging funny due to a loaded firearm. The firearm is secured and supported by your own (IWB,OWB) holster or belly-band holster. Our clothes are not only comfortable but allow fashion to rule!
Do your clothes come with a holster?
Nope, betcha got a drawer full of ’em.  What’s unique about our clothes is the hidden access to your own holster. There’s no need to check what size holster to order along with the clothes because you already have one (or two).

We get that clothes don’t fit the same for everyone. Please check our size chart below. Just in case, you have 30 days to return or exchange your item for a different size.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use the USPS (United State Postal Service) to keep shipping rates down and ship the most economical way.
When will my order ship?
Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed with Economy or Standard shipping will ship within 1-5 business days (typically orders ship on Tuesday, Thursday, Fridays) and orders placed with an expedited shipping method will ship within 1 business day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days. ** If you instruct us to ship to multiple addresses, each one is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. How long will it take for me to get my order?
This depends on if it’s a Domestic or International order. Domestic orders (within the continental U.S.) are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days with standard shipping. Want it sooner? Upgrade to Priority Mail and receive it within 1-3 business days. Learn more about shipping.
How do I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking to update. International orders are tracked only for their duration within the US. After the order has left the US, tracking will no longer show it’s location.
What are your shipping rates?
Once the delivery destination is entered, USPS shipping rate will be calculated based on the weight and delivery address and will be stated on the final checkout page. International shipping can range from $5-$40USD, depending on factors previously mentioned.
Is there a customs fee?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. We can not mark your package as a gift, or a lower value, as this is illegal, sorry!

How should I wash my Incognito Wear IX item?
Please follow care instructions listed on the item’s care tag. Most items are best if washed in cold water. Fabric content is listed on the product page.
Where are your products made?
All of our high-quality garments are proudly Made in the USA by a group of amazing women in NYC. We also try to utilize domestic fabric when possible.
